Building Educational Bridges for Global Excellence: ECED HCMUE Joins Hands with TFM & MVEC

THE SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE FACULTY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION (ECED – HCMUE) AND TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI SCHOOL SYSTEM (TFM) & MONTESSORI VIETNAM EDUCATION CENTER (MVEC) CONCLUDED SUCCESSFULLY!

On the morning of February 12, 2026, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE), and the Tiny Flower Montessori School System (TFM) – Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC) was held in a formal yet warm and heartfelt atmosphere as the Lunar New Year approaches.

The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the comprehensive partnership between the two parties, built upon three key pillars:

Strategic Training & Teaching Practicum

TFM – MVEC officially becomes a practicum and professional training partner for students of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education. The WECIP model – Gradual Release of Responsibility (Observe – Assist – Co-teach – Lead) – promises to provide a professional, well-structured, and highly experiential practicum environment.

Professional Collaboration & Academic Development

HCMUE faculty members will accompany TFM – MVEC as keynote speakers, professional advisors, and co-organizers of seminars and training programs on the Montessori Method and other advanced educational approaches. At the same time, lecturers will have opportunities for school visits, academic research, and professional exchange with international experts.

Outreach & Impact

Both parties will jointly promote the image of “A New Generation of Vietnamese Early Childhood Educators Ready for Global Integration,” affirming ECED HCMUE’s position in training high-quality human resources and positioning TFM – MVEC as an internationally standardized pedagogical environment.
