AMI Montessori Educator (Ages 0–3)
My name is Tran Thi Tai Linh. I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education and currently work as an AMI Montessori Educator for children aged 0–3. With a deep passion for early childhood education, I am committed to providing children with a safe and nurturing learning environment where they can develop independence, cultivate a love for exploration, and realize their individual potential.
In my teaching practice, I place great emphasis on observing, listening to, and accompanying each child throughout their developmental journey. Creating an environment that supports children’s natural development is, in my view, the key to helping them express themselves with confidence and develop essential life skills. I strongly believe that early life experiences form a vital foundation for children’s character, creative thinking, and independence in the future.
Beyond my teaching role, I actively participate as a volunteer in programs that connect, share, and promote Montessori education in collaboration with educational centers. These initiatives provide valuable opportunities for knowledge sharing and experience exchange among educators, parents, and those interested in early childhood education. Through community connection, I believe we can further spread the core values of the Montessori approach and help families and educators better understand the importance of nurturing independence, creativity, and self-directed learning from the earliest years of life.
Outside of teaching and volunteer work, I enjoy spending time sharing meals with my family and traveling. These activities help me maintain balance in life, sustain positive energy, and renew my inspiration and long-term commitment to the teaching profession. I believe that caring for oneself is essential for educators in order to bring positivity, presence, and dedication to children.
Currently, I work in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, where I continue to accompany young children in a Montessori learning environment that is both inspiring and deeply human-centered.
